Terms of Service – Beeta AI

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Beeta AI mobile application (the "App") operated by Beeta AI ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our App.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the App

Beeta AI is a productivity tool designed to help you manage tasks, notes, and schedules. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1 Freemium Model and Ads

The App is available for free with supported advertisements. By using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of advertisements by our third-party partners (Google AdMob).

2.2 In-App Purchases (Premium)

We offer a "Premium" version of the App which removes advertisements.

One-Time Payment: This is a One-Time purchase. You pay once and enjoy ad-free access indefinitely.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled by Google Play. We do not process or store your credit card details.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies.

You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Beeta AI, a Beeta AI employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Beeta AI and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Beeta AI.

4. User Content

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content to the App, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the App solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post or display on or through the App and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or contact us to request account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Beeta AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
(iii) any content obtained from the App; and
(iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
